It's a chilly 70 degrees in LA today. What a welcome relief to a couple of weeks ago, with the sweltering heat above 100. A storm is coming in tomorrow and Friday. I'll have to dust off the old umbrella and bring it out.
It feels very nice out... I mean it's cold, not brrrr cold, but I probably could have brought a sweater.
Don't snicker... I am a true Southern California gal!
So yesterday I went to the Derm, because my biopsy wound was hurting. It's infected. Great. He gave me some antibiotics and it feels better today. This is exactly what I was afraid of. Here's praying that it will heal faster, it's been over a week and looks about the same.
I'm also waiting for Jill to have her baby... Jill you got my number right???!! I am so excited for her.. Any day now!
Mmmm, nothing new.. I've been working on some swap items for the scrapbooking board. They were so much fun to make.. I hope everyone likes them.
Yesterday we were all, husband, Mateo, Victor and I, home before 5. That was weird... I started and finished one set of swap items. Started sorting flowers and buttons, cooked dinner and it was not even 8 o'clock. It was a long night. I felt like I got so much done. We watched Curious George, because Mateo is soooo into that monkey right now.
Oh of course, we watched BB8. I thought for a minute Danielle might win, because she was a tough competitor. She won alot of those POV's and HOH's on her own. No riding on daddy.
Eric looked terrified last night. Was he sick? He looked pale as a ghost and was hunched over the whole time. I am glad they all thought it was funny and nobody seemed mad. BUT they didn't tell them about the extra $$ he won. That might have made a difference. And I think production was trying to cover for him too. How they showed the silent treatment task and when he did it. But they didn't show the Kiss task or the woobie task. mmmmm.....
Tonight my favorite show comes back! America's Next Top Model!! Okay let me give you a run down on what's scheduled on my DVR.

Yeah that's alot of TV. I already have 4 episodes of Damages, 2 episodes of Tell me You Love me and 2 episodes of Weeds I haven't watched. It's gonna be that kinda fall. After Mateo goes to sleep or during daddy time, I could usually squeeze in two shows a night. I could see that some might not make the cut. There are alot of new shows I am going to give a try, but we'll see by next month if my schedule changes.
Back to my book. I'm reading Red Rover. It's not badly written however, I can't relate or even like any of the characters. I don't care for their stories. It jumps from perspective to perspective to different time periods. mmm, still have about 5 more chapters to go. It better be one good ending!

i had a little fit last night about all the shows i *want* to watch, but just don't feel right having so much record at once. GUILT.
