Soapy drama

It's been a while since I've talked about General Hospital. Yes I am still DVRing it. I watched the eppies this weekend. So when I watched Thursday's episode, I had hope for my couple. Liz and Jason. I had real hope, but as all soaps go, I knew that it was too good to last.. :sigh:

My husband finally explained why he doesn't like my soaps or dramas, ie chick flicks. He told me yesterday, after I told him I watched La Vie en Rose. I kinda told him what it was about, starting with the little girl living in a brothel and living in the streets singing for money. He's like that's it.. I've lived with enough drama in real life, and hear real stories on the news. It's too sad. I don't wanna hear about it. That's why I like Sci-Fi. It's not real, and cannot really happen.

Aha!! The secret of chick-flicks revealed by my husband. It's only taken 19 years to realize it.
